the resonance with color and form

I always like making woodblock prints; the pleasure of envisioning forms, carving the woodblock, and pressing Japanese paper to it. The resonance of the forms overlaying one another and bleeding with colors on the Japanese paper is all cozy to me.

When I come across a wonderful painting, craftwork, fashion, and architecture, they inspire me to grow the image I have longed for. These days, I hope to create a work that has settled in the space like an antique piece.
